The LACCD African American Outreach Initiative Presented By: Mark E. Henderson Ed. D Learning Outcomes Participants will learn how to implement an African American Outreach Initiative at their college/institution. Participants will learn how to design a blueprint/ framework for initiatives. Participants will understand the articulation agreement process with Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Participants will learn how to leverage resources to meet the needs of similar initiatives. Participants will develop an understanding of how to use data to drive decision-making.
