PROJECT: OLD MAIN BY: REYLNNE BECCA MISSION A Potential Water Harvest for Old Main How to Incorporate the Surrounding Buildings Storage Requirements WATER HARVESTING FOR OLD MAIN USE OLD MAIN TO IRRAGATE PLANT LIFE THE FOUNTAIN Old Mains Fountain will be used to Water the lawn surrounding the building Try to find a set monthly Schedule to drain and irrigate water to lawn. NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS We recommend using the Social Sciences and Caesar E Chavez Buildings These Buildings have the Capability of irrigating the 2000sq/ft turf area PROCESS OF OBTAINING WATER Apply a roof catchment system to the buildings Drain water caught, into a storage unit Hold water in storage unit to be used throughou the year for watering the turf area.
